
Mesopotamia Township is currently responsible for maintaining 15 miles worth of roads inside of Mesopotamia. This includes: Bundysburg South, Clark, Gates East, Brigden, Walnut Crest, Creamery, Noble Lane,
Donley West, Sweet, Wilcox East, Wilcox West,
Mahan Parker (southern end) & Laird Road.
Our maintenance includes filling potholes, digging culverts, snowplowing, laying cinders & paving where necessary.
Mesopotamia Township is seeking qualified applicants for a full time position as TOWNSHIP ROAD SUPERINTENDENT.
This position carries out responsibilities under the general direction of the township trustees. The Township Road Superintendent is responsible for:
- Roads
- Facilities
- Cemeteries
- Parks
- Annual Spring Clean Up Day
